FAQ

  • I’ve never done Pilates — can I still join?

Absolutely! There are no “beginner” or “advanced” labels here. Just book the class time that suits you, and we’ll meet you where you’re at with plenty of modifications and support. You don’t need to be fit to start — you just need to start. 💪

  • What should I bring to class?

Keep it simple: a water bottle and grip socks.
Grip socks help with safety and stability on the reformer and are available to purchase in-studio. We also stock SKULPT water bottles, tees, and caps if you want to level up your look.

  • What is reformer Pilates, anyway?

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens, tones, and improves posture using a spring-loaded machine. It’s perfect for building core strength, stability, and flexibility — leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and energised.

  • How many people are in a class?

We keep it intimate and exclusive with just six reformers per class.
That means you’ll always get personal attention while still enjoying the fun energy of a small group vibe.

  • Can I join if I’m pregnant, postnatal, or have an injury?

Yes! We specialise in pre and postnatal care and safe movement for injuries. With wedges, modifications, and expert guidance, we’ll make sure you feel comfortable and supported at every stage of life.

  • How do I get started?

It’s easy — just book online for the time that works for you and show up ready to move.
Still not sure? Reach out via text, email, or Instagram DM — we’re always here to help you feel confident and excited to start your journey.
